The company’s policies have changed dramatically when it comes to harassment, especially towards female employees. Now, James, Marcus and Alex have to “walk a mile” in the shoes of the women they harassed. Literally. The punishment? Temporarily transformed into women, so that they understand the weight of their actions. But, curiously, this is already the third time they’ve been through this experience, and it seems that they’re getting more out of it than they should.

Maybe it’s because their bosses are paying more attention to them — transformed into women, with their new feminine attributes. Or maybe it’s the helpfulness of the other men in the office, who, whenever they appear in female form, rush to fulfill any request. Or maybe it’s the fact that, with their new beauty and charm, James, Marcus and Alex are leveraging themselves into better positions in the company.

Wanda, Marcus’ wife, is starting to get worried. Her sexiest lingerie has started mysteriously disappearing from the drawer. And, strangely, every time this happens, Marcus seems to get a bonus at work. Their joint bank account is getting bigger and bigger, but Wanda is already waiting for the right moment to confront him. She is ready to say, as patiently as possible: “If you want to impress the boss, honey, at least buy your own underwear.”

James, on the other hand, quickly got used to his new reality. The guy who used to brag about never being affected by anything now strutted around the office in pencil skirts that highlighted his new body with frightening confidence. He even once said to Alex, in a mocking tone: "You know, I never thought being a woman would give me such an advantage. These heels may be hell, but the looks I get make up for it."

Alex, always the quietest of the group, seemed to hate the transformation at first. He could barely walk without tripping over his high heels, and the stares from the other men made him uncomfortable. But strangely enough, he soon realized that being in a woman's body made him heard in a different way. His opinion, which had previously been drowned out by others, now received attention. He began to stand out in meetings, using a quiet charm and a new confidence that he didn't even know he had.

Things got even more curious when James started to notice that his desk was always full of flowers and chocolates, "anonymous gifts" left by admirers in the office. "I never thought being harassed could be... so lucrative," he said with a mischievous smile, while feigning discomfort, knowing full well that he was loving all the attention.

Alex, on the other hand, discovered a side he never imagined: he began to enjoy the power of choice that his new female body gave him. With each new transformation, he became more adventurous in fashion, trying out different styles and even joking with Marcus and James about what was most comfortable for a long day at the office. "You guys complain too much," he said, with a sly look. "Trust me, a good midi dress works wonders for comfort. Besides, the bank account is smiling, so... why not?"

Meanwhile, the bosses — who had previously ignored his contributions — were now always on the lookout for the "new girls." The trio, who were supposed to be learning a lesson, were somehow rising quickly. Maybe it was the combination of good looks, charisma, and a touch of manipulation… or maybe it was simply because, as women, they were able to play a game they didn’t even know existed.

Wanda, of course, was less than pleased with the new dynamic. While the extra money was welcome, watching Marcus empty her lingerie drawers and receive bonuses at work for his “dedication” was starting to irritate her.
