 Hank had made the move from his small-town home to a bustling city, where he was staying with a friend of his father's. Lugging along with him only his possessions, most of which were articles of clothing worn down from use. He tried and failed to find consistent work that would get him by, until his roommate proposed a solution: cleaning up the house could pay his rent, plus possibly earn him an extra bit if he was more thorough than previous cleaners. Hank tried to keep up with the house chores as best he could, but it seemed like there was always something new that needed to be done.
